Proposed Joint Proclamation declaring May 2017 as “Historic Preservation Month” in Ogden City. (Joint proclamation approved, vote: 6-0) 5. Approval of Minutes: (Minutes approved, vote: 6-0) a. Regular Meeting of January 17, 2017– Council member Stephens b. Regular Meeting of February 21, 2017– Council member Nadolski c. Closed Executive Session of February 28, 2017– Council member Lopez 6. Public Hearings: a. Annual Action Plan for July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. Proposed Resolution 2017-11 adopting the Annual Action Plan for July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018. (Resolution adopted, vote: 6-0) 7. Reports from Administration: a. Mayor’s Proposed Tentative FY2018 Budget: i. Presentation. Presentation of the Mayor’s proposed tentative FY2018 Budget. ii. Accept Mayor’s Proposed Tentative Budget for Review. Proposed Resolution 2017-18 accepting the Mayor’s proposed tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 for review. (Resolution adopted, vote: 6-0) 8. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Council regarding concerns or ideas on any topic.
