Special Meeting of November 15, 2016 and Regular Meeting of January 10, 2017 – Board member Garner 5. Reports from Administration: a. Ogden River Bend Phase 1 – Development Agreement Amendment. Proposed Resolution 2017-1 approving modifications to Exhibit C-1 of the Mixed Use Zone Master Development Agreement for the Ogden Bend Master Planned Community. (Resolution adopted, vote: 7-0) 6. Public Comments. This is an opportunity to address the Board regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. To be considerate of everyone at this meeting, public comments will be limited to three minutes per person. Participants are to state their name for the record.
