REQUEST FOR PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT UTILITIES OCONEE COUNTY respectfully requests permit to construct along and inside the legally owned and occupied right-of-way of for a total of at a depth of within the corridor of occupation specified by the Oconee County Board of Commissioners, except for the following exceptions and variances listed. (List in detail below, and as a part of detailed engineering drawing.) We accept, as responsibility for this request, the public trust of all enforceable building codes, safety requirements and property liability or damage, and further assume absolute and full charge and responsibility of our employees, agents and/or contractors. We further accept, as responsibility for this request, any necessary restoration of private properties affected by our activities, to include, but not limited to, ditch restructuring, fill and compaction, and reseeding of affected areas, for the purpose of erosion control. All unimproved private driveways, upon crossing, will be restored to original condition.
