Vine Street, from 1300 East to Van Winkle Expressway, will involve irrigation and storm drain improvements, various sections of curb and gutter asphalt mill and new asphalt roadway. This project is currently being designed and construction will begin early spring 2014 and run through the fall 2014. Area highlighted Red will be the construction zone.
