Group Fitness Prices Join us for a 45 minute workout. It combines the challenge of TRX training in an action packed circuit or "boot camp" style workout. You control the intensity and get all the benefits of "suspension training". This is for those skeptics that think water is easy! It will challenge every muscle in the body along with providing an intense cardio workout. Buoyancy belts are used along with resistance tools in our deep water workouts Individual Fitness Class 10 pack Fitness Passes (10 passes) BOOT CAMP This program is designed for those individuals looking for a group training atmosphere. All practices will be run by an on-deck coach. Practices will be designed to fit the different needs of each individual. -Plan to arrive ON TIME as late attendees will not be admitted. It is important to stay for the entire ride so early departure is discouraged. 8:45am - 12pm -If you arrive after class “start time” you will not be admitted into class. -If you have any questions, concerns or need additional assistance and modifications, let our staff know. -Bring a towel and water bottle to each ride. TIME IS IMPORTANT TO ALL OF US BE ON TIME FOR CLASS. * KIDZONE HOURS INSTRUCTOR & COURSE EVALUATIONS AVAILABLE -Saving places for others is NOT permitted -You must have a your token to be admitted to each fitness class. -Appropriate clothing and footwear are required in all workouts. -Be courteous to all participants by being on time and staying for the entire workout. 202 E. Master Swim workouts require a fitness token for admittance Yoga 4 Athletes Easy Does It A class designed to promote healing, movement & agility. The focus is on proper joint alignment, body mechanics, reducing stress and safety. Great for Arthritis, Fybromyalgia, Pre/Post Natal or for a more moderate approach to exercise. Join us to energize and develop strength, stamina, as well as increase health & vitality! Plan to develop cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and efficiency as we climb hills, race the flats, and work our hearts & muscles. Spinning allows riders of all abilities to work out individually, but together at the same time. Choose your speed, resistance level and terrain as our coaches provide safety, variety and motivation guaranteed to “keep you movin”. Aqua Fit - Shallow Water Try a little of everything in this class…power moves, shallow end moves, cardio movements and toning exercises. These movements will move every muscle in your body and increase energy and vigor. The workout will end with a gentle cool-down and stretch segment. Water shoes are recommended for shallow aqua fit classes Yoga 4 "EVERY" Body Back To Yoga 20-20-20 MASTER SWIM Three Month Pass (Unlimited) GROUP FITNESS ETIQUETTE No refunds, credits or pass extensions for any Group Fitness passes. Please contact the KIDZONE for child care information. Group Fitness workouts are designed for ages 16 and older unless otherwise indicated. (14 & 15 years with adult at least 18 years old) Group Fitness Overview A challenging military style workout. The trainer will use all types of equipment and calisthenics to test the mind and the body. RESERVATIONS after 8pm on Monday require a 24 hour notice. Beginning level yoga designed to strengthen & stretch those sore muscles and rejuvenate your body while you learn the importance of muscular strength combined with dynamic flexibility. TRX "Fast Blast" Deep Water Aqua Fit C.O.R.E. A mix of RNT(Reactive Neuromuscular Testing), Pilates, & functionally based movements that create muscle balance, inner core strength, proper body alignment & muscle mechanics. Plan to develop integrative training techniques that will balance, lengthen, strengthen & challenge your body & mind. ZUMBA Workout An Interval format designed to help train the whole body. This workout may blend TRX, RIP, bosu, balance work, cardio & resistance training, balls, weights, & dance barre, in a high energy hour… come take the CHALLENGE! This is a class for "EVERY" Body. Modifications are provided along with guided postures, moves & techniques Specifically designed to balance & elongate the frequently overtrained areas of an athlete’s body. This class will create muscle balance & structural integrity all mixed up in the perfect blend of challenges and relaxation to take athletic aspirations to a new level. -Please plan to arrive prior to start time so that bike set-up and questions can be addressed. Mon & Wed Dance workouts are back. Join us as we work to tighten and define abs, trim hips and thighs, tone shoulders and arms. It is a FUN WAY to get fit!
