MURRAY CITY ORGANIZATION CHART MURRAY CITY CORPORATION MURRAY RESIDENTS Stakeholders of Murray EXECUTIVE BRANCH The Mayor is the CEO of Murray City. He works with his own staff in the Mayor’s Office and the City department heads to administrate daily City functions. LEGISLATIVE BRANCH The City Council is responsible for passing ordinances (laws) and setting the City budget. They also meet as the Redevelopment Agency. JUDICIAL BRANCH The Judge is appointed by the Mayor with confirmation by the City Council. He will review cases brought to the Murray City Municipal Justice Court by the City Attorney.
