EXECUTIVE BRANCH The Mayor is the CEO of Murray City. He works with his own staff in the Mayor’s Office and the city department heads to administrate daily city functions. MURRAY CITY CORPORATION LEGISLATIVE BRANCH The City Council is responsible for passing ordinances (laws) and setting the city budget. They also meet as the Redevelopment Agency.
