ARTICLE XIII RECEIPT OF IMPROPER FORMS Section 1. Paragraph 1. Upon receipt of any form from a department which is not properly executed, or is not in accordance with these regulations, the Human Resource Director shall take no action other than to notify the department of the deficiencies.
