MURRAY CITY MUNICIPAL COUNCIL The Murray City Municipal Council met at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2014, in the Murray City Council Chambers at the Murray City Center, 5025 South State Street, Murray, Utah. Members in Attendance: Dave Nicponski District 1 Blair Camp District 2 Jim Brass District 3 Diane Turner District 4 Brett Hales District 5 Mr. Hales, Council Chair, called the meeting to order and asked Police Lieutenant Fernandez to lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Council Members discussed the Macquarie proposal from the UTOPIA Network PPP Milestone One Report. Mr. Brass moved to approve a resolution directing the City’s representatives to the Board of Directors of the Utah Telecommunication Open Infrastructure Agency (“UTOPIA”) and the Utah Infrastructure Agency (“UIA”) to vote that UTOPIA and UIA not continue to Milestone 2 under the Predevelopment Agreement with Macquarie Infrastructure Developments LLC. The motion was seconded by Mr. Nicponski. Roll call vote was taken by Deputy Recorder, Brent Davidson.
