For your information, Wind River Construction has scheduled placement of new water line for the Hilton Hotel at 110 East Vine Street. This will result in two separate Full Closures of Vine Street at 110 East. The First Full Closure will be Sunday September 22nd, beginning at 7:00 A.M and remain closed until 4:00 P.M. The Second Full Closure will be for asphalt patch. This will be Monday evening September 23rd , beginning at 7:00 P.M and remain closed until 11:00 P.M. West bound traffic will be detoured at Atwood Boulevard and east bound traffic will be detoured at State Street. Construction will also take place Friday, September 20th during the daytime hours but traffic will still flow both east and west bound directions on Vine Street.
