Workplace Bullying Murray City is committed to providing a work environment free of bullying. Workplace bullying is strictly prohibited. It includes, but is not limited to, the intentional intimidation, harm, or humiliation of another employee. An employee who believes that workplace bullying is occurring should report the problem to their Department Head or Human Resources. An employee who engages in workplace bullying will face disciplinary action. Depending upon the circumstances, disciplinary action may include a verbal or written warning, counseling, job transfer, demotion, or termination.
