MUNICIPAL CODE: ORDINANCE: Chapter 15.20 08-19 EFFECTIVE: September 16, 2008 PAGE: 1.1 Electric Service Schedule 1 APPLICABILITY: RATES: MINIMUM CHARGE: SUPPLY COST ADJUSTMENT: SPECIAL CONDITIONS: This schedule is applicable to domestic lighting, heating, cooking and other single-phase domestic power use of single family detached dwelling units and non-single family multiple units separately metered by the utility. billings shall equal the sum of the following charges: The minimum charge for service under the schedule shall be the customer charge. All bills shall be adjusted in accordance with Electric Service Schedule 30. 1. Single phase residential service at 120 volts or 120/240 volts will be served under this schedule. 2. Single phase motors used for residential purposes of not more than 7-1/2 H.P. and energized at 120 volts or 120/140 volts may be served under this schedule. 3. All new all-electric residential services (single family detached or non-single family detached) that apply for electric service after 2/1/86 shall be billed under Rate Schedule 1. 5. The maximum main breaker size allowed under schedule 1 will be 320 amperes. No instrument metering will be allowed on Schedule 1. If the main breaker size for any residence as defined above is greater than 320 amperes and instrument metering is required, Schedule 3 will apply.
