The measured kilowatt load for determination of billing demand will be adjusted by multiplying the recorded demand by 90 percent and dividing by the measured power factor. 2. The billing demand will be the average kilowatt load measured during the fifteen-minute period of maximum use during the month, to the nearest whole kilowatt. 3. Any standard available distribution voltage, single or three-phase, but not more than one standard voltage, will be supplied under this schedule. 4. The City may require a contract for service under this schedule for a period of not less than one year. 5. Self-contained metering will be required under this schedule for all service entrances with main breakers of 320 amperes or less, except when justifiable extenuating circumstances apply and are approved by City before the installation is made. 6. This rate schedule shall apply to those general service customers that have metered peak demands equal to or greater than 30.0 kW in at least seven months of the most recent continuous 12 month period, or that have a metered peak demand equal to or greater than 35.0 kW in any single month during the same twelve month period. The maximum metered peak demand served under this rate schedule is less than 3,000 kW. (See Rate Schedule 3 or 15 for commercial customers not meeting these criteria.)
