2.62.240 Penalties. A. A violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be grounds for disciplinary action, ranging in severity up to and including suspension or discharge from the career or public safety service. B. Any person who has violated any provision under this chapter shall, for a period of five years, be ineligible for employment in the career or public safety service. If an appointed officer or employee of the city, the person shall forfeit the office or position. Rev. 06/2007
