2.62.045 Nepotism prohibited No person shall be allowed to work in a department wherein a member of the person’s immediate family is employed as the department head; or wherein a member of the person’s immediate family would have direct or indirect supervision or control over that person. "Immediate family," as used in this section, means father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, first cousin, step-children, step-parents, grandchildren, grandparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, or son-in-law.
