Murray City Parks and Recreation Top Flite Basketball League 7 Grade Boys (Red Division) th Location: Riverview Jr .High 751 W. Tripp Lane (5800 League Rules 1- Play two 16 minute halves. 2- Clock will be continuous, except for the last 2 minutes of each half. The clock will also stop on all foul shots and time outs. 3- Each team will receive 3 full and 2 thirty - second time outs per game 4- All other high school rules will be enforced, unless otherwise stated above 5- Please exhibit good Sportsmanship. 6- No Food or Drinks allowed in gyms.
