ONE Fueling System Improvements Project No. 109-92 Furnish and install a non-standard fill assembly with automatic shut-off valve (to prevent overfill) in the existing buried diesel tank at water department headquarters. This more costly device was determined to be necessary after the work started and the contractor ascertained that the existing tank's fittings were insufficiently sized to accommodate the standard devices that had been specified.
