That that certain portion o f 1n alley on the north side of Bugh's Addition to the City of ºoscow, Idaho, ano more particularly described as follows, to wlt1 Beginning at the northeast corner of lot Five in Hlock lLe of Buqh's Addition to t¼e City of Mscow, Idaho, as shown by the recorded ½lat thereof, and running thence sest a distance of one hundred forty-seven and two tent¾s (147.2) feet a l ong the south line of sa i d alley to the northwest corner of Lot Four in R l ock One of said addition, thence North a o\stance of twe¿ty (2À) feet, thence East a d i s tance of one hundred forty seven and Áwo tenths (147.2) feet, thence South a distance of twenty (2n) feet to the point of be, and the same is, hereby vacated. SECTION 2. That the street so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real estate as orov lded by the st1tutes and court decisions relating tereto of the State of Idaho. SECTiuN 3.
