I - - ORDINANCE NO. 1133 AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL THAT PORTION OF IDWARD STREET IN THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, IN THE REPLAT OF HOMESTEAD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSOOW, IDA.ll) HEREINAFTER l«>RE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBFD; PROVIDING SAID PORTION OF THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF K>SOOW, IDAW SO VACATED SHALL R»f'"ER.T TO THE OWN&tS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNE2. PROVIDED IN SEXJTION 50-1124 OF THE IDAil> OODE; AND PROVIDING FOR 'mE EFFEX::TIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCD.. OF THE CITY OF M>ID:>W, ID..AJI): SECTION 1. That all that portion of the Howard Street in the City of Moscow, Idaho, in the replat of Homestead Addition,deaeribed in Section 2 of this ordinance be, and the sane hereby is vacated. SECTION 2. That the portion of Howard Street in the City of Moscow, Idaho vacated by thia ordinance is described aa follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the West right-of-way of Howard Street, said point being 224.54 feet North along said right-of -way from ita inter aection with the North right-of-way of Homestead Place, thence running north ilong the West right of-way of Howard Street to the intersection of the Southerly right-of-way of Public Avenue and the West right-of-way of Howard Street; thence running North 65 degrees 5d minntes East 65.70 feet along the Southerly right-of-way of Public Avenue to the intersection of the Southerly right of-way of Public Avenue and the East right-of way of Howard Street; thence running south along the Eaat right-of-way of Howč Street to a point, aaid point being 207.50 feet north of the inter section of the East right-of-way of Howard Street and the North right-of-way of Homestead Place; thence running North 64 degrees 35 minutes west 41.79 feet; thence running 22.20 feet westerly along a curve of Radius = 47 .so, the mid-point of which is South 11 degreea 40 ainutea West, to the true point of beginning. SECTION 3. That the portion of said Howard Street ao vacated shall revert to the owner or owners of the adjacent real property as provided in Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. SECTION 4.
