Box 8068 Moscow, ID 83843 Dear Commissioners: The City of Moscow is in agreement with the Board that legislative amendments to the Moscow Area of City Impact Ordinance adopted in 1996 effectively represent the "renegotiation" anticipated by the original 1993 agreement that provided for renegotiation prior to December 31, 1998. We are not prepared to request specific renegotiation proposals at this time, but will continue to review the agreement and corresponding ordinances. Therefore, we do not intend to request renegotiation prior to December 31 , 1998. We do not prefer to make a more formal letter of understanding or agreement at this time.
