ORDINANCE NO. Ill/ AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK SEVEN OF THE PLAT OF ORIGINAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID ALLEY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL ESTATE AS PROVIDED BY THE STATUTES AND COURT DECISIONS RELATING THERETO OF THE STATE OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION 1. That the alley located in Block Seven of the Plat of Original Addition to the City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, be and the same is, hereby vacated. SECTION 2. That the alley so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real estate as provided by the statutes and court decisions relating thereto of the State of Idaho. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication. PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this UVWy of July, 1966.
