RESOLUTION NO. 97-14 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF SEMIPERMANENT RECORDS; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION BE IN EFFECT UPON ITS PASSAGE. WHEREAS, the City Council deems that certain records of the City of Moscow are semipermanent records and are only required to be kept for five years after date of issuance or completion of the matter contained within the record except LID records which must be kept ten (10) years. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow authorization for the City Clerk to destruct the following records: Receipt Books (1992) Bank Statements (1992) Purchase Orders & Requisitions (1992) Paid Bills (1992) Beer, Wine, and Liquor License Applications & Renewals (1992) Bonds & Coupons (1987) PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 6th day of October, 1997.
