524990 DEED OF DEDICATION CHRISTOPHER GEORGE KAPPLER AND KAREN M. KAPPLER, husband and wife, whose current address is 2524 Blaine Road, Moscow, Idaho 83843, GRANTORS, for value received, do hereby convey and dedicate unto the CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, an Idaho municipal corporation, GRANTEE, 206 East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843, for public street and customary related public uses, the following described real property situated in the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho, to-wit: A parcel of land comprised of a portion of Lot 1, Block of Lieuallen's Second Addition to the City of Moscow, the plat of said addition recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 9, records of Latah County, Idaho, with said portion being shown on the attached Exhibit and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence west 11.00 feet along the north boundary of said Lot 1; thence southeasterly to a point on the east boundary of said Lot 1; thence north 9.00 feet along said east boundary to the point of beginning.
