RESOLUTION NO. 97 -13 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING RATES TO BE CHARGED PRODUCERS AND GENERATORS FOR THE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE WITHIN THE CITY OF MOSCOW; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL SUPERSEDE EXISTING RATES; PROVIDING THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS RESOLUTION BE DECLARED SEVERABLE; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS OF 12 01 A.M. ON OCTOBER 1, 1997. WHEREAS, the Council finds it necessary to continue the system for the collection of solid waste within the City of Moscow in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Franchise; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW AS FOLLOWS SECTION l• That all existing resolutions relative to the rates for collection of solid waste within the City are hereby superseded by this resolution. The City may establish and/or change rates for unique or special waste. SECTION § That the provisions of this resolution shall be deemed severable and the invalidity or unlawfulness of any specific rate or other provision shall not affect the remaining rates or other provisions of this resolution. This resolution shall be in full force and effect as of 12 0 I a m. on October 1, 199 7. PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 22nd day of September , 199 7.
