ORDINANCE NO. 934 AN ORDINANCE VACATING BAXTER STREET LYING BETWEEN BLOCKS ONE AND TWO IN DEA.KIN1 S FOURTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOvl, AND PROVIDING THAT THE STREET SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE 0\'fNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE l-'lANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-1124 OF THE I DA.HO CO DE. BE IT ORDA.INED BY THE l-iAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDA.HO: Section 1. That Baxter Street, situated in Deakin's Fourth Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, said street lying between Blocks One and Two of said Addition, be and the same is hereby vacated. Section 2. That the Street so vacated shall revert to the Regents of the University of Idaho, being the otmer of all the real property adjacent thereto, as provided by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section J. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication.
