ORDINANCE NO. 1121 AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGIN NING AT A POINT 16 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 51 OF MCGREGOR'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW; THENCE NORTH ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT A DIS TANCE OF 210 FEET, THENCE S 03° 18' W A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 210.35 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGIN NING; AND PROVIDING THAT SAID PROPERTY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY, ROBERT N. CHEETHAM, IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-1124 OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: to-wit: SECTION 1. That the following described property, Beginning at a point 16 feet west of the south east corner of Lot 51 of McGregor's Second Addition to the City of Moscow; thence North along a line parallel to the east line of said lot a distance of 210 feet, thence S 03° 18' W a distance of approximately 210.35 feet to a point on the south line of said lot; thence East along said south line a distance of 12 feet to the point of beginning, be, and the same is hereby, vacated. SECTION 2. That the street so vacated shall revert to the owner of the adjacent real property, Robert N. Cheetham, as provide d by Section 50-1124 of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval, and publication. PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 15th day of May, 1967.
