NO. 913 - AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL THAT PORTIOlƓ OF FIFTH STREET WHICH LIES \'IITHIN COLLEGE HONES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO; VACATING ALL OF THAT CERTAIN ALLEY RUNNING- NORTH AND SOUTH IN :BLOCK ONE OF SAID COLLEGE HOl-iES ADDITION; VACAr.riNG A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN ALLEY mmNING EAST AND \f.mST IN :BLOCK ONE(l) OF SAID COLLEGE HOMES ADDITION; AND PROVIDING THAT THOSE PORTIONS OF THE STREETS AND ALLEYS OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNER OR OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE PROVIDED IN SECTION 50- 1124 OF THE IDAHO CODE. :BF. IT ORDAINED :BY TEE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO; Section 1. - That the following described portions of the streets and alleys of the City of Moscow, Idaho, towwit: All that portion of Fifth Street which lies within College Homes Addition to the City of Moscow, as shwon by the recorded plat thereof. All of that certain alley running ·North and South in :Block One of College Homes Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and more particularly described as follo\'11!1: :Beginning at the corner of Lot Fourteen (14) in said Elock One(l) and running thence s. 00°32' E. along the East boundary lines of Lots Fourteen(l4) to Eighteen(l8), inclusive, a distance of 353.04 feet to a corner of said Lot Eighteen(l8); running thence s. 43°241 w. along the Southeast boundary line of said Lot Eighteen(l8) a distance of 21.6 feet to a corner of said Lot Eighteen(l8); rƔƕing thence N. 86°471 E. along the South boundary lines of Lots Eighteen(l8) and Nine(9), extended, a distance of 41.0 feet to a corner of said Lot Nine running thence N. 34°52' W. a1ong the Southwest boundary line of said Lot Nine(9) a distance of 17.71 feet to a corner of said Lot Nine(9); running thence N. 00c32' W along the West boundary lines of Lots Nine(9) to Thirteen(l3), inclusive; a distance of 352.3 .feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot Thirteen(l3); running thence s. 89o26t a distance of 16.0 feet to the point of beginning. Also, that portion of that certain alley running East and West in said Elock One(l) of College Homes Addition to the City of Moscow,as shown by the recorded plat thereof, particularly described as follows: :Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot One(l) in Sl!l.id :Block Onc(l). and ·running thence 86o47t E. along the North boƖdary line of Lots Ono(l), T\'IO and Threo in said :Block One(l), respectively, a distance of 117•73 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot Three(3); rQƗing thence North 20.0 feet to a pcint on the South boundary line of Lot Eighteen(l8) in said Block One(l); running thence s. 86°47' w. a1ong the South boundary line of said Lot Eighteen(l8) a distance of 117.73 feet to the SoutƘ\-Jest corner of said Lot Eighteen (18); running thence South a distance of 20.0 feet to the point of beginning. be, and the sƙe are hereby, vacated. ---PAGE BREAK--- Section 2.
