Whereas, CTAI is a 501 6) nonprofit trade association located in Boise, Idaho and represents Idaho transit agencies, and Whereas, the Federal 'iransit Administrae recovery of damages for breach of this agreement pursuant to the arbitration provision contained in paragraph 8 of this agreement. 6. Dispute Resolution. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relying to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its applicable Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) maybe entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. 7. Community acceptance and utlization of the system is even better than had been anticipated. These requested '5309' funds would be utilized to design and construct bus turnouts and bus shelters at six bus stop locations. The project is to facilitate safer and more 'user friendly' accessibility to our bus routes and to ulitmately improve and promote ridership.
