ORDINANCE N0.1305 AN ORDINAtJCE VACATING THAT PORTION OF FIRST STREET WHICH IS THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT LIES BETWEEN THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF POLK STREET AND THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HOWARD STREET AND THAT PORTION OF HOWARD STREET WHICH IS THE WEST 10 FEET OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY THAT LIES BETWEEN THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF FIRST STREET AND THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STREET AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF THE PARK ADDITION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID STREET SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE OWNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY, IN THE MANNER PROVIDED BY SECTION 50-311 AND 50-1306A OF THE IDAHO CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO. SECTION 1. That portion of First Street which is the North 10 feet of the right-of-way that lies between the East right-of-way line of Polk Street and the West right-of-way line of Howard, and that portion of Howard Street which is the west 10 feet of the right-of-way that lies between the north right-of-way line of First Street and the South right of-way line of Street as shown on the recorded plat of the Park Addition to the City of Moscow, Idaho, as it currently exists and is used, be and the same is hereby, vacated. SECTION 2. That the Street, so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property as provided by Section 50-311 and 50-1306A of the Idaho Code. SECTION 3.
