REREC0 3 O Q 0 8 529592 DEED OF DEDICATION CHRISTIAN SCIENCE SOCIETY, a duly incorporated church under Idaho Laws, whose current address is 1573 East Third Street, Moscow, ID 8383, GRANTOR, for value received, does hereby convey and dedicate unto the CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, an Idaho municipal corporation, GRANTEE, 206 East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843, for public street and customary related public uses, the following described real property situated in the City of Moscow, County of Latah, State of Idaho, to-wit: A parcel of land comprised of a portion of Lot 15, Block 4 of the East Third Street Addition to the City of Moscow, the plat of said addition recorded in Book 6 of Plats, page 66, records of Latah County, Idaho, with said portion being shown on the attached Exhibit and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 15; thence South 22.84 feet along the west right-of-way line of Mountainview Road; thence northwesterly 27.60 feet along a non-tangent curve to the left having a radius of 49.50 feet, a central angle of 31 °57' 14", and a chord bearing N36°18'14"W 27.25 feet, to a point on the south right-of-way line of Third Street; thence S89°35'E 16.13 feet along said south right-of-way line to the point of beginning. Said portion contains 141 square feet, more or less.
