RESOLUTION NO. 96 -05 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUN ICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING RATES TO BE CHARGED PRODUCERS AND GEN ERATORS FOR THE COLLECTION AND D ISPOSAL OF SOLID WASTE WITHIN THE CITY OF MOSCOW; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL SUPERSEDE EXISTING RATES; PROVIDING THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS RESOLUTION BE D ECLARED SEVERABLE; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS OF 12 01 A.M. ON JUNE 1, 1996. WHEREAS, the Council finds it necessary to implemellt a aew continue the system for the collection of solid waste within the City of Moscow in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Franchise; N OW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1: That all existing resolutions relative to the rates for collection of solid waste within the City are hereby superseded by this resolution. SECTION 6: That the rates for solid waste collection and disposal for schools, institutions and public agencies shall be the same as the commercial rates. SECTION 7 That the rates for hazardous wastes and for infectious and potentially harmful waste shall be as follows: The actual cost for such service as billed by the City, plus I 0% for administration and billing. SECTION 8: That the provisions of this resolution shall be deemed severable and the invalidity or unlawfulness of any specific rate or other provision shall not affect the remaining rates or other provisions of this resolution.
