AME!\'DMENT TO CONTRACT NO. R-16101 BETWEEN A vista Corporation ("Licensor") AND City of Moscow, Idaho ("Licensee") This Amendment, dated October 10, 2003, is hereby annexed to and made a part of the printed part of the Agreement identified by the above Contract Number. In each instance in which the provisions of this Amendment contradict or are inconsistent with the provisions of the printed portion of the Agreement, and any prior Amendments thereto, the provisions of this Amendment shall prevail and govem, and the contradicted, superseded or inconsistent provisions shall be deemed amended accordingly. This Agreement is amended as follows: Replace Exhibit Licenses, incorporated into the subject agreement, in its entirety, with the revised Exhibit attached to this Amendment. Except as set forth herein, all Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, and any Amendments thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
