ORDilNCE NO. 871 AN ORDil:rANCE TO DEFINE ESTABLISH AND DEClARE THE :BOUNDARIES AND CORPORATE LUiiTS OF THE CITY OF MOSC0\1, LATAH COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, IN ACCORDANCE: WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, MADE AND PROVIDED, FOR THE ESTAJ3LISH MENT OF THE BOUNDARIES AND THE ANNEXATION OF THE ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TEP.RITORY, AND FOR T HE REPEALING OF SECTIONS 1-161 AND 1-102 OF THE MOSCOW 1942 PRINTED CODE, INSOFAR AS THE ruu{E SHALL IN ANY MANNER EFFECT OR BE IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT OĢINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUllOIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION:±-The City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, included and encompassed within the lines and boundaries, as in this ordinance bounded and described. SECTION That the boundaries and corporate lines of the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, are hereby established a.nd ordained to be as follm4s: Commencing at a point on 11D" Street \'IB.ch is 398.4 feet ģTest of the South east corner of the Northeast Quarter (NEf) of Section Eight Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range FĤve West Boise Meridian and running thence North on the East line of the Robert Parkins tract and on the pro longation North of said East line to a point on the North line of 11F" Street, thence West about 170 feet ()nĥ.tĦatdħ:E'orth Line of Street to the Southeast corner of the W. K.
