ADD: $540.00 Provide and install new plastic laminate countertop at existing relocated 4'-6" X 3'-6" cabinet in KITCHEN 11 0. See attached PARTIAL FIRST FLOOR PLAN. ADD: $156.00 Remove existing countertop and provide new plastic laminate countertop at north wall of EXISTING COMMUNITY 108. See attached PARTIAL FLOOR PLAN. ADD: $300.0 Provide a concrete sump and sump pump at elevator pit on the attached BASEMENT PARTIAL PLAN and DETAIL 19A. Also provide 1 1/4" X 1 1/4" steel angle frame from welded removable bar grate. Provide and install submersible Sump Pump Model #PIP530 as manufactured by 'PACO' or approved equal. Motor shall be 1 /2 hp. with 1 750 rpm, 1 15V single phase. Provide and extend 2" diameter ABS pipe to existing catch basin at the northwest corner of the site as directed by the City of Moscow. The City will be responsible for curb/sidewalk demolition and replacement. See attached PARTIAL SITE PLAN. ADD: $3,660.0 Provide and install a 4" diameter ABS plastic pipe under BASEMENT floor slab to connect existing 4" diameter clay-tile piping. (Approximately 30 l.f. required). Recess phone jack outlet at north end of cabinet as directed. Surface mount phone box at east wall of OFFICE 209. ADD: $231.00 Provide and install 1 1 EMT conduit with pull wire in new frame wall at southwest comer of WOMEN'S TOILET ROOM on each floor as directed. Sweep out of wall at in EXISTING TOILET B-1 at BASEMENT and at LOUNGE 302 on the Third Floor as directed. ADD: $418.00 Provide and install the following underlayment in lieu of removing existing resilient floor covering: a. Provide 1/2" fiberglass re-enforced cement board underlayment under new ceramic mosaic tile at WOMEN 102 and MEN 1 06. b. Provide 1 underlayment under new sheet vinyl and carpet at CORRIDOR 1 01, ELEVATOR LOBBY 103, JANITOR 104 and OFFICE 1 05. ADD: $1,180.00 Provide and install the following at south wall of COUNCIL CHAMBERS as directed by Owner and Architect. a. Re-locate one (1 ) duplex electrical receptacle from COUNCIL CHAMBER deck to south wall. b. Provide telephone jack. c. Provide or re-install sound system jack.
