August 13, 1991 CHANGE ORDER NO. ONE CONTRACTOR: Bodiford Construction Brent DrivefHenley Street Water Main Replacements - 1991 1. Remove and replace chain link fence and miscellaneous stored building materials located directly over the existing waterline at the northwest corner of Moscow Building Supply property - within an existing utility easement at the beginning of the replacement project. The 'tie-in' had been shown outside the fenced enclosure on the plans because the file drawings for the existing waterline had not shown its location correctly. Cost to perform this additional work • . . . . . $527.50 2. Additional excavation and backfill to install the southerly 150 feet of the new 10-inch watermain on Brent Drive. The existing waterline at the 'tie-in' was at a non-standard depth of 8 feet - 4 feet had been shown on the plans.
