Box 442014 Moscow, Idaho 83844-2014 Tel. [PHONE REDACTED] FAX [PHONE REDACTED] This letter represents a request by the University of Idaho to the City of Moscow for a one-year extension of the pilot parking program. The extension would allow for further progress and/or completion of discussions related to the city street maintenance, non-parking enforcement and emergency access as part of the memorandum of understanding associated with the pilot parking program. I have had the opportunity to report to council members and share with you the results of parking from the past year. Dedicating the parking in this area for residents provides a greater level of access and lower rate of problems and citations associated with parking. I appreciate the effort you and your staff have extended the university during the first year of the pilot program and look forward to the coming year to complete discussions and refine the operations of the system.
