RESOLUTION NO. 2001-19 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ELECTION JUDGES AND CLERKS FOR THE NOVEMBER 6, 2001 GENERAL CITY ELECTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO, THAT: WHEREAS, there will be a General City Election scheduled to be held in and for the City of Moscow, on the 61h day of November, 2001, at which time there will be elected one ( 1) mayor and three council members to serve for a term of four years each; and WHEREAS, simultaneously with the General City Election, there will be a Special City Election to be held for the purpose of submitting a proposition authorizing the issuance of general obligation bonds in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $2,500,000 for the purpose of providing funds to construct and equip a new fire station; and WHEREAS, for all City Precincts, the Latah County Fairgrounds, 1021 Harold Street, Moscow, Idaho has been designated as the polling place for such election. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by Mayor and Council of the City of Moscow, Idaho, as follows: SECTION 1: the following are hereby designated as Election Judges and Clerks for the November 6, 2001 General City Election and Special City Election as required by Idaho Code 50-436: ELECTION JUDGES: Avery, Louise 1212 Juniper Dr Gagan, Fae 612 So.
