FIRST AMENDED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO AND RED SKY PUBLIC RELATIONS, INC. PROVIDING PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT/OUTREACH CONSULTING SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF THE GREATER MOSCOW AREA COALITION EPA BROWNFIELD ASSESSMENT GRANT This First Amended Agreement is made and entered into between the City of Moscow, Idaho (hereinafter "CITY"), and RED SKY PUBLIC RELATIONS, INC. (hereinafter ·'CONSULTANT"). I. The following paragraph , ARTICLE II, DURATION OF AGREEMENT, 2.1, Tem1 of Agreement, extends the tenn of the original AGREEMENT executed on 81" day of August, 201 1 , until September 30, 2013, as follows: ARTICLE II DURATION OF AGREEMENT 2.1 Tenn of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on August l, 201 2. Unless otheiwise tenninated, this Agreement shall be effective for issuing new Task Orders and it shall be effective until completion of the Scope of Services with CONSULTANT, through September 30, 2013, whichever comes first. Active Task Orders which are not complete at the time that the Agreement tenninates, shall continue or shall be amended as required, so such Task Order(s) may be completed. 2. All other tenns and conditions of the original Agreement remain the same. IN WiTNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement is executed by CITY, acting by and through its Mayor, and by CONSULTANT.
