ORDINANCE NO. 891 AN ORDINANCE TO DEFINE, ESTABLISH AND DECLARE THE l30UNDARIES AliD CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, LATAH COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF IDAHO MADE AND PROVIDED FOR THE ESTAlLISHMENT OF THE roUNDARIES AND THE ANNEXATION OF ADJACENT AND CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY; AND FOR THE REPEALING OF SECTIONS 1-101 AND 1-102 of TBE MOSCOW 1942 PRINTED CODE, AND ORDINANCE No. 871, INSOFAR AS THE SAME SHALL IN ANY MANNER EFFECT OR BE IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE. :BE IT ORDAINED :BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, IDAHO: SECTION The City of Moscow, Latah County, Idaho, shall embrace, include and contain within its corporate limits all the territory embraced, - ' . included and encompassed within the lines and boundaries as in this ordinance bounded and described. SECTION The boundaries and corporate lines of the City of Moscow, Latah County, State of Idaho, are hereb,y established and ordained to be as follows: Commencing at a point on 11D11 Street which is 398.4 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast Óuarter (NEt) of Section Eight Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Five West l3oise Meridian and running thence North on the East line of the Robert Parkins tract and on the prolongation North of said East line to a point on the North line of 11F11 Street, thence West about 170 feet on said North line of ••F•1 Street to the Southeast corner of the w. X. County of Latah, State of Idaho. SECTION All ordinances. or parts of ordinances, in conflict with this ordinance, and more especially Sections 1-101 and 1-102 of the Moscow 1942 Printed Code and Ordinance No. 871, insofar as said ordinances in any way conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed. SECTION This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and first puDlication thereof.
