RESOLUTION NO. 2009- 08 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ADOPTING FEES FOR GENERAL INFRACTIONS WITHIN THE CITY AND ADOPTING FEES FOR THE APPEAL OF A LICENSE GRANTED UNDER MOSCOW CITY CODE TITLE 9 AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SUCH FEES; PROVIDING THIS RESOLUTION TO BE EFFECTIVE UPON ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL. WHEREAS, City Council deems it advisable to adopt an infraction fee for those general infractions created by the City which are not otherwise set by a specific City Code Section or by State Code; and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that it is appropriate to charge a fee for the appeal of a denial, suspension, or revocation of a license issued by the City pursuant to Moscow City Code Title 9 (unless otherwise set out in the City's adopted Fee Schedule); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow, Idaho as follows: 1. That the fees set forth in this Resolution and made part hereof be in full force and effect in ali matters relating to fees from and after the first day of March, 2009; 2. That this Resolution supplements Resolution No. 2008-20. PASSED AND APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Moscow, Idaho, this 16111 day of March, 2009.
