Box 9203 Moscow, Idaho 83843 436788 the grantees, the following described premises situated in Latah County, State of Idaho, to-wit: Lots A and B of Schumacher's Addition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof. TOGETHER WITH all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, including all water and water rights, ditch and ditch rights.
