Box 9203 Moscow, ID 83843 RE: Notice of Latah County's Intent to Not Renew Fiber Optic Lease Agreement Dear Mr. Flowers, Pursuant to Section 1 of the First Amendment to Fiber Optic Lease Agreement between City of Moscow, Idaho and Latah County, Idaho, entered into on March 5, 2013, and Section 2 of Fiber Optic Lease Agreement between City of Moscow, Idaho and Latah County, Idaho, entered into on December 13, 2010, COUNTY hereby provides notice of its intent to not renew the agreement and allow the Fiber Optic Lease Agreement to expire on August 6, 2015. We appreciate the services provided by the City of Moscow, and understand that, upon termination, the City of Moscow shall disconnect Latah County's access to the services.
