RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT Project Name: University Heights Sanitary Sewer Easements THIS RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT , made this 19th day of June, 2015 between the City of Moscow, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, 206 East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho, 83843 (hereinafter "CITY"), and David R. Soderberg & Mary Jane Soderberg, (hereinafter "GRANTOR(S)") whose address is 605 Ridge Road, Moscow, Idaho. GRANTOR(S) give(s) to CITY without further consideration, a Right of Entry for ingress and egress to allow CITY to perform necessary surveying on GRANTOR's property for the delineation of a proposed sanitary sewer easement through GRANTOR'S property.
