BE IT ORDAINED BY THE i9iAYCR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IDAHO: SECTION 1. Tbat the alley located in Block Five of the Replat of fV,oore's Addition to the City of lv',oscow, Latah County, Idc.ho, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, anrl more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast ( SE ) corner of Lot One ( l) in Block F i ve of the Replat of t.ioore' s Addition to the City of Moscow, Idaho, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North a distance of three hundred and twenty (320) feet to the Northeast ( NE) corner of Lot Eight in said Block Five thence East twenty (20) feet, to the Northwest (NVI) corner of Lot Nine in said Block Five thence South a distance of three hundred and twenty (320) feet to the Southwest ( SV:) corner of Lot Sixteen (16) in said Block Five thence West a dis tance of twenty (20) feet to the point of beginning; be, and the same is, hereby vacated. SECTION 2. That the alley so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real estate as provided by the statutes and court decisions relating thereto of the State of Idaho. SECTION 3. Thi s ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publicc.tion. PASSED by the Council and APPROVE D by the Mayor this 29th day of June, l9f.4.
