RESOLUTION NO. 98-04 A RESOLUTION RELATIVE TO THE CREATION OF A PROPOSED LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 123 OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW DEALING WITH PROTESTS AND THEIR DISPOSITION AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO. CITY OF MOSCOW LATAH COUNTY, IDAHO LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 123 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moscow as follows: WHEREAS, it appears that the Affadavit of Publication of the Notice of Intention, which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, relative to the creation of proposed Local Improvement District No. 123 has been examined by the Mayor and Council of the City of Moscow for said City of Moscow.
