§ 13-1 TITLE 7 — CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS § 13-2 Chapter 13 INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE Sec. 13-1: Adoption of Code Sec. 13-2: City Not Liable Sec. 13-1. Adoption of Code. The International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 Edition, published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the official Code for administering the various uniform codes. One certified copy of this Code shall be kept on file by the Clerk for use by the public. Adoption by the City of the International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 Edition, shall not relieve the owner or contractor of any responsibility or liability for compliance with said Code, nor shall the City assume such liability through the issuance of any permit or certificate of inspection or by reason of inspection.
