RESOLUTION NO. 93- 13 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF REVISED FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED AND REGULATORY CHARGES AS SPECIFIED BY CITY CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF ALL FEES. WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to adopt existing fees set by earlier ordinances and resolutions in one general fee resolution; NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow as follows: 1. That the fees set forth in Exhibit attached hereto and made a part hereof, be in force and effect in all matters relating to fees from and after the 1st day of October, 1993. 2.
