This path is located along the south side of Ghormley Park from 6th Street and Deakin Avenue west to the exit from Parking Lot #15. This City of Moscow and the University of Idaho Facilities Management share the responsibilities as stated below: City of Moscow's Responsibilities: * Supply electrical power for the lighting. * Maintain the bridge and asphalt path. * Maintain the turf and trees along the north side of the path. University of Idaho Facilities Management's Responsibilities: * Maintain the lighting. * Maintain all shrub and barked beds along the north and south sides of the path. * Remove snow/ice on the path. * Maintain the grounds on the south side of the path. This is the understanding as expressed by Gary Presol, Director of Public Wo;Hks, City of Moscow and Kenneth A. Hall, Director of Facilities Management, University of Idaho during discussions that occurred within the planning and construction phases of the bike path.
