RESOLUTION NO. 2002-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSCOW, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION OF SEMIPERMANENT RECORDS RELATED TO LIDS 82, 84, 85, 89, 90, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 98, 99, 101, 102, !03, 104, 109; PROVIDING THAT THIS RESOLUTION BE IN EFFECT UPON ITS PASSAGE. WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the following records of the City of Moscow are semipermanent records and are only required to be kept for five years after date of issuance or completion of the matter contained within the record. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moscow, that authorization is hereby granted for the City Clerk to destroy the following records: Payment Records, Receipts, Bonds, and Miscellaneous Correspondence related to Local Improvements Districts 82, 84, 85, 89, 90, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 98, 99, 101, 102, 103, 104, and 109.
