ORDINANCE NO. 1'025 »J aiDINANCE VACATING ALL OF THE ALLEY IN BL'OCK OOE OF UEUALLEN' S THIRD .AIDITICN TO THE CITY OF MOSOOW, OOUNTY OF LATAH, STATE OF IDAHO, AND PROJIDI~ THAT THE ALLEY SO VACATED SHALL REVERT TO THE QNNERS OF THE ADJACENT REAL PROPERTY IN THE MANNER PROJIDED BY SECTit:N 5D-1124 OF THE IDAHO OIDEJ and POO/IDING Fffi THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS rnDINANCE. BE IT mDAINED BY THE MAYffi AND OGUNCIL OF THE CITY OF M05:;GAI, IDAHO: Section 1. That all of the alley in Block One of Lieuallen's Third Ad dition to the City of Moscow, as shown by the recorded plat thereof, be, and the same is, hereby vacated . Section 2. That the alley so vacated shall revert to the owners of the adjacent real property, as provided by Section 5D-1124 of the Idaho Code. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage, approval and publication. Passed by the Council and approved by the Mayor this _ _ h _ day of November, 1960.
